Strawberry & charcoal soap - making and cutting- using strawberry puree...

I made with this soap with strawberry puree and activated charcoal powder. The seeds from the strawberry adds a little exfoliation to the soap.
I colored naturally using rose clay and charcoal powder.
Scented with fragrance.
Base oils are olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil.

The soap heated up pretty quickly because of the strawberry puree. It also cracked a little bit on top within 30 minutes of pouring so I immediately used a popsicle stick to put them back together. I then put the whole batch in the freezer for it to cool down.

FOR INFORMATION :
Strawberry on skin:
Rich in vitamin C, these fruits can be used to make excellent face masks to fight oily skin, as well as nourish and revitalize your skin. Strawberries are acidic in nature and this is effective to remove the excess sebum on skin. Skin lightening. The juice is very efficient in lightening blemishes and acne scars.

Activated charcoal on skin:
Activated charcoal binds to dirt and helps pull it out of your pores, making them less visible (it's the oil and dirt that makes them appear bigger). This leaves your face feeling fresh.

A simple strawberry face mask recipe from www.bellatory.com
1. In a small bowl, mash 2 to 3 ripe strawberries into a pulp.
2. Stir in the honey until you form a fairly smooth paste.
3. Apply the mixture onto your face in a gentle circular motion. Massage the mask onto your face for at least 2 minutes.
4. Wash off with warm water first then cold water to close off pores.
